Shipping and delivery

Processing and shipping time: In stock orders ship within 7 business days. Then add shipping time—3-5 days for standard, 1-2 for expedited.

Handmade and custom orders: Custom pieces take 2-3 weeks to create, then 3-5 days to ship. I'll email updates on your timeline.

Nationwide shipping: Orders will be sent anywhere in the US. No international orders at this time.

Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, please contact us within 3 days. I'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Holiday time: During November-December, add 2 extra days to all processing times and allow time for shipping delays.
